Protocol for Saving Files For Color Output
Supported File Formats
- Everything Plastic & Everything Sign accepts files from both MAC and PC platforms. The following is a list of applications we support (Please contact us if you have any questions).
Corel
Quark Xpress
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Pagemaker
Adobe In·Design
Adobe Acrobat PDF

Step 1:
Creating Your Files
- Our digital output devices are CMYK. For the best possible results provide CMYK files.
However, we can also accept RGB files.
- PMS Pantone colors should be specified within the file and on your hard copy proof.
- Everything Plastic will match PMS colors as closely as possible although we may not be able to color correct embedded/placed art files.
- Include all images that have been placed or imported into the final layout of your file.
These images files are important to the quality of your final print.
- Scanned images should be scanned at no less than 300 DPI at Y4 size of the final output/printed piece. Full size: 75 DPI.
Flattened TIFF (For files printed directly from Photoshop)
- Flattened layers (unless you need color match).
- Delete extra layers and channels.
- DO NOT COMPRESS FILES IN ANY WAY.
- Include all fonts in your documents.
- When using Postscript fonts (Type 1 fonts) supply both screen and printer fonts.
Step 2:
- We accept files on DVD-R, CD-R
- If you prefer, you can also send us your files as an attachment to your email. Email files to: Sales@EverythingPlastic.com
Step 3:
- Carefully inspect the proof of your work before signing off for final printing.
